Entirely new residential housing will be built on a plot of 240,000 sq. m. The project will be developed in two main stages. In the first stage, we offer 79 comfortably sized family houses of on average 240 sq. m; these vast villas will boast extra-large plots with an area of between 600 and 1500 sq. m.

As part of the second phase, we plan to build approximately 450 residential units and family houses. This development will also involve commercial premises designed to provide services to residents.
